Hi, I'm Noah.
I'm a product manager focused on digital video, OTT and CTV apps, and the operational workflows behind them. I've been working on the user-facing side of video and the machinery underneath it since 2007. Creative, operations, product, in roughly that order, and never fully out of any of them.
Everything else here is the more personal side of the site. Part portfolio, part creative sandbox, part digital junk drawer. Some of it is polished, some is messy, and all of it is real.
Featured work
Streaming product, from the CMS to the couch
A few projects across the last few years. Details are generalized where they need to be.
Nexstar109 local CTV apps launched in 2025
Front-end product on station apps across Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and Samsung TV. Requirements, station onboarding, post-launch support workflows, and the CMS work that holds it all together.
NexstarMulti-livestream experiences on connected TV
Defined how multiple live channels surface in the app, how the experience handles availability and fallback, and what support teams need to troubleshoot it across the entire local CTV portfolio.
NewsNationTVE authentication and entitlements on CTV
Sign-in flows, MVPD entitlements, channel mapping, and the operational support around them so authenticated viewers can stream the linear feed inside the apps.
NexstarVOD experiences across the CTV portfolio
Browse, content rows, on-demand discovery, and the publishing workflows that put VOD content in front of viewers. The on-demand half of the same product where live lives.
NewsNationDynamic geolocation on the NewsNation app
Making a national news app feel local. Region-aware content, navigation, and discovery, with a manual override for viewers who travel or live near a market boundary.
NexstarStation onboarding for 108 CTV launches
Training, documentation, and the operational handoff that got 108 local station teams ready to run their own CTV apps. The work that made the rollout supportable, not just shipped.
NexstarThe Hill FAST channel
Supporting The Hill's FAST channel inside the Nexstar digital video portfolio. Politics-focused 24/7 programming, delivered across the major FAST aggregators.
FireworkGlobal content moderation at short-form scale

FireworkA decision tree for short-form video onboarding
Turned ambiguous sales conversations into a reproducible workflow. A choose-your-own-adventure assessment that routed every prospect into the right internal team.

First end-to-end product role. Helped launch Journy across Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, mobile, Xumo, Plex, VEWD, and Samsung TV+. Platform certifications, content workflows, ad operations.

Nexstar · 2024 to 2025
109 local CTV apps launched, coast to coast
Local news on connected TV, in markets all over the country. Every card and every pin on the map below is a station I helped get on air across Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and Samsung TV. The work didn't stop at launch. Each app keeps gaining features that make local news easier to watch, easier to support, and easier for our station teams to grow.

How I think about product
A digital video product looks simple when it works.
Behind that simplicity is a CMS, a feed, metadata, an auth layer, analytics, support documentation, and a content team trying to publish on a deadline. My job is usually to bring clarity across all of that. Turn complicated workflows into something teams can actually use. Make sure the viewer never has to think about any of it.
I came up through motion graphics, post-production, and digital operations before moving into streaming product management. That background helps me see both the thing the viewer sees and the behind-the-scenes work it takes to make it happen. It's also why I tend to write a lot of documentation: the diagram or the SOP is often the actual deliverable.
What people I've worked with say
Recommendations
A few of the people I've worked with across roles. The earliest one goes back to my first year out of college.
Noah was a great addition to the Product group, slotting right in and hitting his stride quickly. He brought a lot of industry knowledge and was eager to learn about our own unique systems and processes. His professionalism ensured he delivered on some massive projects like the launch of CTV apps while his personality endeared him to his teammates across multiple groups. Noah also has a mean golf swing.
Noah is a fast learner, an excellent communicator, and has a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. He revamped and optimized the workflow, drove global teams to follow guidelines and standards, and delivered accurate review results.
Noah quickly became an expert on our media platform and was brought in as the Lead Trainer to increase usage among our most strategic customers. He was thoughtful in his planning and demonstration of the product and patient with the many customer questions that always arose. He balances a strong work ethic with the moments when we need to be lighthearted among a high-pressure environment.
Noah is an exceptional person to collaborate with. His kind and passionate nature toward work make him a valuable asset to any team. He is hands-on and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the team. During his time at Firework, Noah consistently provided assistance with daily operations, as well as valuable insights on managing content and headcounts.
Working with Noah is an absolute pleasure. Passionate, well spoken and very knowledgeable in his area. I've been blessed with a chance to work on various challenges and problems with him over the past year at Firework and it's always a charm to collaborate together. You can train skill, but you can't train personality. I'm glad Noah excels in both.
I worked closely with Noah, with daily collaboration. His warm spirit and a touch of dry humour mixed well with his laser focus. He led an entire content operations team. Even though I didn't have close contact with that other team, I knew that Noah was an effective voice to represent their concerns and interests. I would trust Noah in any media or content operations roles.
Noah was integral part of the creation commerce products team. He was always eager to lend a hand on projects beyond his scope. He was amazing at representing the voice of the consumer, lead user research and provided me with a very deep customer/user focused onboarding when I joined the team.
Noah was a main 'user' of mine and provided much valuable feedback to my work. He's concise and responsive, and all around great to work with.
Noah is a quick learner and a hard worker. He is a great multi-tasker and always follows through with all projects.
Noah is a powerhouse. He has left and right brain perception and skill. He manages his team, the facility and the creatives who come in and out of the workflow with diplomacy and humor.
